Dear Mr. Gevauer: My name is Ana Rehl, I am a English's student and I live in your city. I really would like you to know my concern about the electricity in our streets.
Everyday people is being attacked in differents ways, mugging, kidnapping, robbery and to many others are very common in our streets and we as citizens suffered about that.
In my opinion I think it is because the poor lights we have in poor city. People just cannot go walking on streets before 8 p.m. because of the excessives crimmes there are hapening now!
We know there is a lot of fences in our streets, but the great majority of them just do not work. I hope you could do something about it, because of me and my family, especially for them who have been victims of any crime.
I would like to receive a response to my worry, it is really important to me.

That's a good point. And specially, in the case of women, because they are commonly more affected for this factor, in fact, girls are mugged, most frequently in dark snd isolated places.
